About Me​

I worked as a Sales & Marketing VP for 15 years and prior to that as a General Manager, Director of Marketing Communications, and Region Sales Manager. I also served in executive roles at four nonprofits.

 

Throughout my career I’ve interviewed hundreds of people for various positions, worked with search firms and recruiters as a client and as a candidate. My hiring record, while not perfect - few hiring mangers bat a thousand - it was pretty good, and I definitely got better with experience.  ​

How I Work

I’m not a recruiter. A recruiter works on behalf of the employer and is paid by them. I work for the candidate. I help clients ID the job they most want, create a personal brand message including a resume and LinkedIn profile, and coach them on acing interviews as well as evaluating and negotiating job offers.
