About Me​

I worked as a Sales & Marketing VP for 15 years and prior to that as a General Manager, Director of Marketing Communications, and Region Sales Manager. I also served as Executive Director at four nonprofits.

 

Throughout my career I’ve interviewed hundreds of people for various positions, worked with search firms and recruiters as a client and as a candidate. My hiring record, while not perfect - few hiring managers bat a thousand - was pretty good, and I definitely got better with experience.

 

Utilizing decades of senior management experience with hiring and coaching I help professionals who want to:

• Pivot into a new position or career path

• Position themselves for promotion

• Strengthen their professional brand and increase their career visibility

• Navigate their career with a strategic plan.

• Launch a business to pursue their entrepreneurial dream

 

How I Work

I’m not a recruiter. A recruiter works on behalf of the employer and is paid by them. I work for the candidate. I help clients ID the job they most want, create a personal brand message including a resume and LinkedIn profile, and coach them on acing interviews as well as evaluating and negotiating job offers.
